Strengths     (Positive and intern influence):

In my academic career, I have a chance to start master degree in MBA, that I can have more knowledge and skills, in our program we can develop business model to achieve, and how we can manage our organization.

·   While I studied, I get money in other business to have big budget, can I use it for other training, self-study because although we have big resource to learn and have more study, but definitely not enough.

     I have organizing and planning spirit, after to go to sleep, you should make a plan for the next day, what you should do, from I weak up to end the day.





Weaknesses (Negative and intern influence):

·       Communication with others is one of the big problem than I have, I can’t discuss in any subject, for me surface subjects is lose the time. In my discussions I hear more than I speak, so I have problem to express my ideas and my point of views. And I never was a spokesperson because I don’t have skills to convince others.

·   I’m not socially person because I have difficult to find friends and get more time to find them.

     I don’t have technical skills, so the best CEO is one how can understand the technical problems than he can establish solutions.

·   Delay assignment and tasks to late time, because for me the priority is to enjoy. So I don’t have time to make my assignment perfectly, and my tasks completely.





Opportunities (Positive and extern influence):

·         I use more the news technology and innovation to get more knowledge.

·    I will have a chance to get a traineeship in one of the best organization in china after my MBA degree, can I profit to have other culture and plans.





Threats (Negative and extern influence):


    The government in our country (Morocco)  hasn’t programs for MBA students (very expensive), so we don’t have place for training and get experience as CEO, and usually the CEO in Morocco’s organization is from other country (strange person), or the Moroccan person who has get his MBA in expensive university like Harvard, Oxford, …

   While my study, People make me to give up because they are enemy of success, so you should be have more aims and patience to achieve my goals.

    I lose my time in unexpected problems in life, likely living, and rent. Also I’m addicted by games, so the half of my free time is not exploited.

     I don’t have clearly information about the successful CEO.





Tips:

If I want be a successful CEO in the future, you should have this tips:


Think and exploit each time to learn and get more skills to have more strengths.


Think about weaknesses, and minimize what the difficult problems and you should transform the weaknesses to strengths (example speak with more people, and integrated association…) and use technology for meet new friends.


You should conserve and protect all ideas about my strengths and opportunities, and you should have minimize all about weaknesses and threats.
